Isabelle is an independent Belgian Photo Journalist & Visual Story Teller, Founder and Creative & Managing Director of Asia Motion. Based in Cambodia since 2003. Since 2017 between Belgium and Cambodia.
Through this agency, Isabelle manages all the communication and public relation of a team of 20 visual makers who covers current events in the entire Asian region.
Their stories make reference in the matter.
Parallel to managing the agency, Isabelle continues her work as a visual story teller. Isabelle has more than 15 years of experience in the international photography world. She holds her camera with passion, specialized in press and documentary photography.
Her main focus and red line stays on covering in depth social causes through visual storytelling.
Her work as a photographer and photo editor within many NGOs and press agencies in Asia and Africa has allowed Isabelle to work at the heart of local and international structures, such as the United Nations, Oxfam America, The Associated Press, Handicap international Belgium The French Red Cross or Agence France Press among others.
Her photographs from events have appeared in publications including The Bangkok Post, The Wire Magazine, Phnom Penh Post, The New York Times and the Boston Globe
Finally Isabelle is specialized in Creative Art and Photography workshops for children. She collaborated with UNICEF Cambodia and The French Red Cross Ivory Coast, to help children express themselves
through art, storytelling, fun learning and play.
